Where do orders ship from?
Everything ships from Japan, tracked.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Standard is $25.00 and is estimated at 2-3 days. Express is $70.00 and is estimated at about 24 hours. Estimates count from dispatch and exclude customs.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to 63 countries. The full list is on the Shipping & Returns page.
Are import duties and taxes included?
No. Duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility and may be collected by the carrier on delivery.
Which currencies can I use?
You can view prices and check out in USD, EUR, JPY, GBP, CAD, AUD. Prices convert from yen at our current rate.
How can I pay?
Offline payment (bank transfer or invoice).
Can I buy wholesale?
Yes. Apply for a wholesale account on the Wholesale page. After approval you see tier pricing, minimums and case sizes, and can request quotes.
How do preorders work?
Preorder items show a Preorder button and the Japan release date. Your stock is reserved when you place the order and ships after release.
Is there a limit per order?
Some high-demand products have a per-order limit, shown on the product page.
