Orders ship from Japan. Import duties and taxes are not included in your order total. They are the buyer’s responsibility and may be collected by the carrier on delivery.

Please give a complete address and a phone number the carrier can reach. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Returns and problems with an order

Products are sealed collectibles shipped internationally, so please contact us before you send anything back. If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us with your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging as soon as you can, and we will work out the fix with you. Do not open sealed product you may want to return.
